Challenge

Document operating procedures for each store. Provide operating procedures to each Store Manager in order to help him/her become more autonomous and clarify relationships with the Distribution Centers and Head Office. Standardize services and training.

Solution

HUMENG designed and produced a Store Manager’s Handbook that covers all aspects of store operation: human resources, inventories, accounting, sales and marketing and administrative services. The Handbook is structured in an operational manner, by department and adheres to ISO requirements.
