HUMENG International Inc. developed a skill profile for each key job. Each skill was then documented with an operating procedure. The procedure was written with the help of the most competent employee on the skill.

Productivity gains and an increase in employee satisfaction were measured. These were made possible by controlling the skills of employees and decreasing training time.
