May 2016 - Agnico Eagle asked HumEng to audit their current training system for the maintenance team, to identify improvement opportunities, and to propose recommendations and an action plan. AgnicoEagle’s long-term objective is to implement a structured training system and skills management approach to maximize the impact of its investments in training, and improve the performance of the maintenance teams ( mechanics and electricians ) working on the concentrator equipment
